Tkachenko reported that a non-residential building sustained a fire, with emergency teams remaining at the scene. The latest incident in Brovary occurred while the area was still recovering from a previous major attack that had killed eight people on a railway platform.
Concurrently, multiple fires were reported within Kiev itself, specifically in garages and a business building in the Holosiivskyi district, and another fire was extinguished in the Obolonskyi district. The Ukrainian Air Force issued warnings to residents regarding waves of approaching drones shortly after midnight. The first explosions in the city were heard around 00:45 local time, followed by further blasts less than fifteen minutes later.
By approximately 3:00 am, reports indicated ballistic missile strikes on the capital. Air Force advisories also cautioned that Russian drones and guided aerial bombs were aimed at other parts of Ukraine, with subsequent explosions reported in Dnipro. The attacks continued, and the full scope of the damage and the final death toll remain undetermined.
