QMK: Over 24 hours, there have been 25 fires, with only 2 currently active.

According to the Crisis Management Center, a total of 25 instances of fires were registered across open areas of the country within the last 24 hours. Of these incidents, two remain active, one is currently under control, and the remaining 22 have been completely extinguished. The fires occurred in various locations, including Gorno Lisice and the Aerodrom Municipality, where the burning materials comprised low vegetation, wood, and grain.

Another incident was reported near Kriva Palanka, affecting a local depot. Furthermore, the fire that spread over the village of Zelenikovë, involving forest and low vegetation, has since been brought under control. Significant efforts were also directed toward extinguishing fires in several Skopje municipalities, specifically Gazi Baba, Gjorçe Petrovin, Sopištena, Haračina, Studeničan, and Karposhte.

Reports of fires were also received from numerous other areas, including Novaci, Dollneni, Prilep, Čaškë, Veles, Rosoman, Strugë, Likovë, Vrapçishtë, Zhelinë, Gostivar, and Delčevo. Overall, the most frequently reported type of blaze involved low vegetation. The data indicates a widespread pattern of these fires, highlighting the need for continuous monitoring across different regions where such incidents take place.

Authorities continue to manage the remaining active fires while confirming the successful containment of many others over the past day.
