Five Pakistani nationals are found in a rented residence in Ferizaj; Police seize documents

The Kosovo Police reported an incident that occurred on Saturday morning, around 9:00 AM, in the municipality of Ferizaj. During routine police operations, officers discovered a group of individuals at a rental property belonging to an Albanian citizen. Authorities confirmed the presence of five individuals who held Pakistani citizenship at the location.

Following the police intervention at the residence, the individuals were apprehended. A subsequent search and check revealed a variety of documents and items seized by the authorities. Among the confiscated materials were six Cypriot passports, seven Cypriot residence permits, one Pakistani notification letter, four Bangladeshi passports, one Nepali passport, one Nepali identification card, one Pakistani driver’s license, and a car key.

The Kosovo Police stated that the detained individuals were subsequently transferred to the reception center located in Vranidoll. Authorities emphasized that the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the discovery and the documentation found remains active. Relevant police units are currently conducting a thorough investigation, coordinating efforts to determine the full context of the situation.

The police have maintained that the inquiry will continue until all related matters are fully investigated.
