Over the past 24 hours, twenty-seven separate fire outbreaks have been reported across the region. To bolster the firefighting structure, additional support has been provided, including 153 personnel from the Armed Forces, six fire trucks, one Air Force ambulance, four helicopters, and one Air Force “Air Tractor” aircraft. Regarding the status of the affected areas, work is currently ongoing in Cikallesh, within the Kavajë municipality, to eliminate remaining fire outbreaks.
Officials report that the situation there is not problematic, nor is there an elevated risk to inhabited areas. In Dajt and Priskë e Madhe, the situation remains under close monitoring, with no reported risk to residents. In Mallakastër, efforts are focused on a fire impacting the Panahor–N corridor.
