DokuFest, organized as part of DokuKids, served as a venue that integrated children, technology, art, and creativity, facilitating the transformation of concepts into tangible projects. Several organizations participated in the event, including Telegrafi, IPKO, and BONEVET. Korab Basha from Telegrafi was involved in the program as a trainer, leading sessions where children developed video stories and documentary films.
The BONEVET segment, which focused on the theme “The City of the Future,” provided children aged 8 to 12 with hands-on learning experiences regarding renewable energy. Participants conducted experiments involving solar panels, wind turbines, and hydrogen production, culminating in the construction of a model representing their envisioned future city. Through these activities that combined art, technology, and practical application, the children were able to develop skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
For Korab Basha, the initiative was particularly valuable in demonstrating the practical application of these diverse fields for the benefit of the participating children.
