Mucunski in meeting with Saar; two documents signed to deepen cooperation between Macedonia and Israel

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timço Mucunski, recently visited Israel, where he held discussions with his Israeli counterpart, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gideon Saar. During the meeting, the two officials affirmed the strong bilateral relations between their nations and established a mutual commitment to deepening this partnership. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, the two ministers engaged in discussions aimed at identifying opportunities to advance cooperation across several fields of mutual interest.

Key areas emphasized during the talks included economic cooperation, defense strategies, cybersecurity, health sectors, agriculture, and tourism. Minister Mucunski noted that the visit provided a valuable platform for the existing positive political relationship between the two countries to evolve into more tangible and dynamic collaborative efforts. To formalize these mutual intentions, two bilateral documents were signed during the visit, notably including the Program for Peace.

The discussions underscore a concerted effort by both governments to strengthen ties across multiple strategic sectors.
