Kosovo Police reported an incident in Pristina concerning the possession of narcotics. During checks conducted at two different locations on “Lidhja e Lezhës” street in Pristina on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM, authorities apprehended a suspect. According to the police report, following investigations, a male suspect was arrested.
During raids at the two specified locations, law enforcement officers seized 15 grams of suspected marijuana narcotics, along with a digital scale. Furthermore, authorities confiscated several items as evidence. These seized materials included 21,375 euros in cash, gold jewelry, a car, and a motorcycle.
The suspect was taken into custody by the prosecutor who was present at the scene. The seizure of narcotics, along with the considerable amount of cash and valuables, indicates the scope of the investigation conducted by the authorities. The operation highlights ongoing police efforts to combat illegal drug activities and related criminal enterprises within the capital city.
