The Ministry of Labor, Family, and Liberation War Values has announced an initiative providing opportunities for young people and residents of the Gjilani Region to undergo unpaid professional training. These sessions will be conducted at the Center for Professional Qualification (QAP) in Gjilan. According to the ministry’s statement, the new training cohorts are scheduled to commence on September 1, 2026.
Upon completion of the program, participating citizens will be able to obtain qualifications across six distinct professional profiles. The ministry emphasized that the training provided is professional, unpaid, and specifically tailored to align with the current needs and standards of the labor market. The range of skills offered through this professional development initiative includes accounting, graphic design, culinary arts, cosmetology, metalworking and welding, and printing.
The ministry indicated that successful completion of the training, coupled with meeting established criteria, will allow participants to advance their career prospects. This program represents a focused effort by the ministry to enhance local workforce capabilities. By offering specialized training in these diverse fields, the ministry aims to better integrate the youth and citizens of the Gjilani Region into the professional job market.
