A project valued at 255,000 euros is set to enhance the living conditions of nine needy families in the Shtime Municipality. The initiative was formalized during a visit by the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Fitore Pacolli, who met with the Municipal Mayor of Shtime, Qemajl Aliu. During this visit, an agreement was signed, paving the way for the commencement of the adequate housing project.
The Shtime Municipality announced that the selection of the nine beneficiary families followed a public call. Of the total beneficiaries, eight families are slated to receive home renovations, while one family will benefit from the complete reconstruction of a house. Mayor Qemajl Aliu indicated that the implementation phase of the project is anticipated to begin shortly.
The assistance aims to improve housing quality and stability for the selected families within the Shtime community. The financial investment of 255,000 euros is designated to support these necessary improvements, providing tangible support to multiple families in the region.
