The victim stated that the conflict arose after her cohabiting partner announced his decision to separate from her.
During the ensuing disagreement, the victim alleged that her partner forcibly removed their child from her care. Following the incident, the victim required and received medical treatment at the scene. Subsequent action was taken by the prosecutor’s office.
By judicial order, the child was successfully returned to the mother. After conducting interviews with both individuals involved, authorities released both parties. The police confirmed that while the immediate situation was resolved, the case will proceed through the standard legal judicial procedures to address the allegations made.
