For instance, Arbër Bullakaj, a deputy from the Social Democratic Party who has Kosovar origins but was raised in Switzerland, stated to the newspaper that he faces daily instances of racism and attacks across social media platforms. Bullakaj characterized certain insults, such as “cancer” or “Albanian with a Swiss passport,” as unacceptable forms of abuse directed at public servants.
