Prishtina, Kosovo – Two individuals sustained injuries following a shooting incident at a local establishment on April 5, 2026. According to police reports, a confrontation occurred at approximately 8:56 a.m. on Ferid Curri Road in Prishtina.
Multiple individuals were involved in a dispute that escalated to include the use of firearms. As a result of the shooting, two male Kosovar citizens were injured and transported to University Clinical Center of Kosovo (QKUK) for medical treatment. Police responded to the scene and recovered two firearms, which were subsequently seized.
Following the incident, one suspect was taken into custody for questioning. The event was classified as an attempted armed robbery with illegal firearm possession. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting and the identities of those involved.
