Kosovo Police Secure Evidence in Investigation in Gjilan
The Kosovo Police, through the Regional Investigation Unit in Gjilan, has concluded a multi-month investigation with the authorization of the Basic State Prosecution in Gjilan. The investigation focused on suspected involvement in the criminal acts of “Fajdeja” and “Unlicensed Possession.”
Investigators utilized investigative actions and technical investigation measures to gather evidence and testimonies. The outcome of this sustained effort has resulted in the securing of material evidence linked to the suspect, B.S., a 1959-born Kosovar male residing in the Vitosa municipality.
Following a court order issued by the Basic Court in Gjilan on April 24, 2026, a search was conducted at the suspect’s residence and related properties. During the search, authorities recovered and seized ready cash. The investigation remains ongoing, and further details will be released as they become available.
