B. committed the offenses of attempted murder and unauthorized possession of a weapon. The incident occurred on May 2, 2026, at approximately 2:25 PM, on the terrace of the “S.” cafe located in Gjakuve.

According to the prosecutor’s documentation, O. B. is suspected of attempting to harm A.

D., following a prior disagreement between the two men. Initial reports indicate that O. B.

physically assaulted A. D., striking him in the chest with a knife. Subsequently, when A.

D. attempted to leave the scene, the prosecutor’s office alleges that O. B.

drew a pistol and discharged a single shot at a tree. The court’s decision reflects the seriousness of the accusations. O.
