Prishtina – Former PDK MP Artan Behrami has asserted that Prime Minister Albin Kurti bears primary responsibility for the impending elections following the Kosovo Constitutional Court’s deadline for presidential selection. Speaking with Ekonomia Online, Behrami stated that Kurti’s deliberate creation of political crises is now clearly visible to Kosovar citizens.
