The mother changed her stance: I don’t want my daughter to become like Selin.

Armir Shahin, a participant on Big Brother VIP Albania 5, recently sparked discussion following comments about his desire for his daughter to not grow up “like” Selin, the season’s winner. The conversation arose during an appearance on “S’e Luan Topi,” where Shahin reflected on a previous statement made regarding Selin’s behavior within the competition. Shahin expressed initial disappointment with what he perceived as Selin’s actions during the show.

He stated, “I would really like my daughter to grow up like Selin,” acknowledging a difficult moment stemming from what he considered immature strategic decisions. He clarified that while he initially felt strongly about the situation, he no longer focuses on the specific comments made during the reality show. “I don’t think about it that way anymore,” Shahin explained, referencing his earlier remarks on Big Brother VIP Albania 5.

“As it turned out, at least, not by saying it directly. As it was in BBV I said. I was saying it as we were living it in BBV when I said it.”

Despite the initial reaction, Shahin now recognizes his daughter possesses a range of qualities, stating she also exhibits “other qualities.” The comments have re-emerged as a point of discussion surrounding the show’s finale.
