Second Hearing Postponed in Corruption Case Involving Ervis Martinaj
Mustafa Martinaj, the father of Ervis Martinaj, appeared before the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime for a second time regarding allegations concerning his son’s property. The hearing was postponed due to the absence of two legal representatives. Following the adjournment, Mr.

Mr. Martinaj pointed to the initial provision of coordinates and specific names to investigators, noting that his son remained in Kurbin without resolution. He further alleged involvement of senior criminal police officials in the lack of progress over recent years.
“I provided all relevant information to SPAK during my testimony and request, but no action has been taken,” Mr. Martinaj explained.
