Wolt Partnership Fuels Growth for Pristina’s Green & Protein
Green & Protein, a Kosovar restaurant established in 2017, has experienced significant growth thanks in part to its collaboration with delivery platform, Wolt. Demand for orders placed through Wolt at the restaurant’s Lakrishte location in Pristina remained consistently high, particularly during its recent opening. Throughout a one-hour observation period, numerous Wolt delivery drivers repeatedly arrived and departed, transporting orders in mail sacks.
This activity highlights the integral role Wolt plays in Green & Protein’s operational flow. “Alongside our growth, Wolt has also grown,” stated Dardan Koleci, the restaurant’s financial director. “This platform has enabled us to improve service quality, operate as quickly as possible, and simultaneously increase customer satisfaction.”
Koleci emphasized the company’s core mission: “Our business was founded and will continue to operate with a very clear vision: healthy food for a better life.” The partnership with Wolt has demonstrably contributed to the restaurant’s expansion and success within the Kosovar market.
