Exhibition with the worst album covers: Laughable or trash?

The Muzeu houses a collection that includes an album cover by Steve Goldman, which was reportedly purchased due to the condition of the original sleeves. According to Mark Brown’s report for The Guardian, translated by Telegrafi.com, former lead singer of the American 1970s rock group, Peter Rabbit, described what he viewed as one of the worst album covers globally. The 1979 album Roadstar featured the five members of the Californian rock group, with their faces superimposed onto rabbit bodies.

Furthermore, Thompson appeared in the artwork, depicted as if in a nightmare, smiling within a cylindrical hat. “We had no idea they would do this,” he stated. “Moreover, this album was released after the group had already disbanded.” This particular cover is one of several hundred held within the collection.

The description suggests a notable piece of rock memorabilia, highlighting the unique and somewhat bizarre nature of the artwork associated with the group’s later work.
