Five complaints filed with the Central Election Commission regarding the election results; the CEC awaits decisions before certification.

Five complaints have been filed with the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) concerning the final outcomes of the early elections for the Kosovo Assembly. These submissions have resulted in a delay in the official certification of the election results. Data available on the official PZAP website indicates that the complaints originated from three political entities: the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), the Serbian List (Srpska Lista), and the New Democratic Party (NDS).

Specifically, the filing breakdown shows that the PDK submitted two complaints, the NDS submitted two complaints, and the Serbian List submitted one complaint. In response to the ongoing appeals process, Valmir Elezi, the spokesperson for the Central Election Commission (KQZ), stated to Telegrap that the KQZ policy is not to comment on matters that are currently under appeal. The filing of these five complaints has placed the finalization of the election results under review by the independent panel.

The PZAP is tasked with adjudicating these disputes to determine the validity of the reported outcomes. This ongoing review process means that the formal certification of the early election results for the Kosovo Assembly has been postponed pending the panel’s decisions on the submitted grievances.
