Washington – The Government of North Macedonia is prioritizing macroeconomic stability and sustainable economic growth, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Finance of R. This commitment was underscored during a series of meetings held in Washington, D.C., involving Finance Minister Gordana Dimitrieska-Koçoska and key officials from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Meetings included discussions with the IMF’s Executive Director, Jerome Klasik, Deputy Executive Director Marniks van Raai, Director of the European Department, Alfred Kamer, and the Head of the IMF Mission, Nik Gigineishvili.

Representatives from the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department were also involved.
