A man, identified as N.B., sustained injuries to his legs following an attack by stray dogs outside the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCC) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The incident occurred around 08:10-08:15. According to a statement provided to police, N.B.

was at the UCC to visit his mother, who is receiving treatment in the Neurology department. He recounted entering the UCC courtyard via the rear entrance, adjacent to the Neurology building, when he was confronted by a group of approximately 20 stray dogs. The dogs reportedly attacked N.B., inflicting bites to his left leg.

He described the event as “terrifying.”
