In the second round of voting, the Kosovo Parliament proceeded to select two members for the Constitutional Court. Following the initial voting round, which involved 114 deputies, two votes were determined to be invalid. The candidate receiving the lowest number of votes, Benina Kusari, withdrew from consideration.

Session chair Ardian Gola oversaw the transition to the second round, focusing the proceedings on the remaining five candidates. The results of the first round established the following vote totals: Benina Kusari received three votes, Emine Avdyli Pozhari secured 58 votes, Flamur Mrasori garnered 47 votes, Jonida Xhafaj received 57 votes, and Shpresa Emra obtained 14 votes.
