Interventions in the water and sewage network are expected to leave several neighborhoods in Mitrovica and Zubin Potok without water.

KRU “Mitrovica” Announces Planned Network Interventions

KRU “Mitrovica” has announced scheduled maintenance interventions across several locations within its water and sewerage network. The company’s announcement, published on Facebook, details planned work impacting multiple areas. Specifically, maintenance teams will be undertaking interventions on the water supply network along “Fadil Deliqi” street, “Martyrët e Studimes” street, within the Shipol village, and in the Bair neighborhood.

Simultaneously, work is scheduled on the sewerage network in the village of Varagë and the municipality of Zubin Potok. KRU “Mitrovica” anticipates temporary disruptions to the water supply during these network interventions. Residents in the affected areas – including those on “Fadil Deliqi” street, “Martyrët e Studimes” street, Shipol village, and the Bair neighborhood – should expect intermittent interruptions.

Following the resumption of water supply, the company advises that temporary turbidity may occur due to technical interventions. Citizens are advised to allow the water to run for a short period after the supply is restored to clear any potential cloudiness. These interventions are focused on maintaining and improving the overall water network.
