Kurti is now speaking out against “blockades and provocations,” seeking to work together. He states that there is no need for elections.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti addressed the Parliament today, advocating for collaboration and asserting that elections are unwarranted. He is now voicing opposition to what he describes as “blockades and provocations,” seeking a cooperative approach. Kurti contends that the situation does not necessitate further electoral processes.

Referring to the opposition, Kurti highlighted “blockades, Grack’s actions, and manipulative tactics” as detrimental to advancement, labeling them as a path to stagnation rather than progress. He emphasized the urgency of the situation, stating, “We do not have the luxury of delay, nor the luxury of repeated elections as an escape from our responsibility.”

Kurti argued that Kosovo’s legitimate institutions, reflecting a clearly expressed citizen will, must be permitted to operate effectively. He suggested that sufficient elections have already occurred, with the public having voiced their opinions.

The Prime Minister now prioritizes working towards solutions, emphasizing the need for immediate action.
