Kosovo Prime Minister Mourns Loss of Academic Rexhep Qosja
Prishtina, Kosovo – Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed deep sorrow following the death of academic Rexhep Qosja, widely recognized as a pivotal figure in Albanian thought and culture. In a message of condolence, Kurti highlighted Qosja’s enduring legacy. “Rexhep Qosja was one of the most important figures of Albanian thought and culture,” Kurti stated.

Kurti indicated that numerous works by Qosja, including books, linguistic studies, literary criticism, historical diaries, and novels, would now be subject to renewed examination. “Dozens of Rexhep Qosja’s books now gain a different type of reading and certainly new readers,” he said.
