In a recent interview, LDK figure Parim Olluri stated that the party is not interested in pursuing harsh measures against journalist Kurt. Speaking to Pressing at T7, Olluri voiced concerns regarding the treatment of opposition figures within the LDK. Olluri asserted that the LDK does not “value the opposition of its members,” highlighting the treatment of Janina Ymeri, who has been critical of the Kurti Government’s handling of energy issues.

He described Ymeri, along with other previously dismissed opposition voices, as having been “insulted, dismissed, and thrown out” by the party chairman. The comments reference accusations of a “energy mafia” and the party’s response to Ymeri’s public statements. Olluri further pointed to Anton Quni, a prominent figure within the LDK, and Kujtim Shalla, suggesting they are afforded greater respect.
