Minčev Highlights Need for Efficient Administration and Dispute Resolution

Skopje – Minister of Public Administration, Goran Minčev, addressed a round table discussion on “Good governance and the rule of law: Prevention of unnecessary administrative disputes and strengthening the enforcement of judicial decisions,” held in partnership between the Ministry of Public Administration and SIGMA/OECD, according to the Macedonian News Agency (MAP). The event, held on April 30, 2026, centered on improving administrative processes and reducing the number of administrative disputes. Minister Minčev underscored the critical role of efficient administrative procedures within a legal state and in fostering trust between citizens and government institutions.

His remarks emphasized that a key priority remains a focus on streamlining administrative processes. He stated that these procedures are fundamentally important for the realization of rights and the establishment of confidence in institutional operations. The discussion, facilitated by the Ministry and SIGMA/OECD, aimed to explore strategies for minimizing unnecessary administrative disputes and bolstering the effective implementation of judicial decisions.

The goal is to ensure a more transparent and reliable system for citizens interacting with public administration.
