Musliu – Haxhiut: It is difficult to have put us in a trap either with Ahmeti or Haradinaj; the comparison with them is honor.

Musliu Dismisses Haxhiu’s Characterization, Claims Speaker is “Readable”

Kosovar Parliament Member Ganimete Musliu responded to comments made by Speaker of Parliament Abule Haxhiu regarding criticisms of parliamentary language. Haxhiu previously stated that both Musliu and AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj appeared to be “reflecting” on Musliu’s recent statement, which included a reference to Dejona Mihali. Musliu clarified her position, asserting that she perceives Haxhiu as “easily readable.” She stated that it is difficult to strategically engage with either Haxhiu or Haradinaj.

In her remarks, Musliu directly addressed Haxhiu, stating she has achieved a “decoding” of the Speaker’s approach. The PDK representative defended her previous statement, emphasizing that she considered the inclusion of Mihali’s name a necessary element of her critique. Musliu’s comments suggest a deliberate strategy of portraying Haxhiu as predictable.

The exchange highlights ongoing tensions within the Kosovar Parliament surrounding parliamentary procedure and the use of language. Both Musliu and Haradinaj remain key figures within the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
