Musliu: The Kuçi has captured the Government, the Presidency, the Parliament – and above all, the parliamentary group of the LVV.

PDK deputy Ganimete Musliu criticized several key institutions, including the Government, the Presidency, the Parliament, and specifically the LVV parliamentary group. Musliu asserted that her party, the PDK, intends to maintain its presence in the Parliament until the constitutional framework of Kosovo’s institutions is established. Musliu stated that the PDK has repeatedly urged deputy Albin Kurti, the former leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, to return to the Parliament.

She noted that this call has been made for six consecutive days, emphasizing that Kurti must participate in the ongoing process of institutional constitutionalization. “With PDK, we have been calling for six consecutive days for deputy Albin Kurti, the former leader of VV, to return to the Parliament of Kosovo and constitution the country’s institutions, for which he received the mandate and trust of the citizens of Kosovo,” Musliu stated. The comments from Musliu highlight a significant point of contention regarding the political process in Kosovo.

The PDK’s stance suggests that full participation from all political actors, particularly those involved in the constitutional process, is necessary for the country’s governance structure to be finalized. The ongoing calls from Musliu and the PDK underline the political necessity of engaging all relevant parties within the Parliament to achieve the desired institutional outcomes.
