According to the indictment, the incident occurred on October 17, 2025, at approximately 4:15 PM on “Miftar Zeqa” street in Peja. The accusations state that M.H.
allegedly carried out actions intended to deprive three specific individuals—B.G., A.G., and a second B.G.—of their lives. Furthermore, the indictment alleges that the suspect also endangered the life of another person identified as A.U. The prosecution claims these actions were undertaken, allegedly motivated by a desire for revenge.
In connection with the charges against M.H., the indictment specifies that the suspect was found in possession of weaponry. These items reportedly included two AK-47 type long guns, two short guns, and an unspecified quantity of additional materials.
