Race for Parliament, who is leading in the PDK?

The Central Election Commission has reported the completion of vote counting for over 50 percent of the ballots cast for parliamentary deputy candidates. The overall counting process is ongoing at various communal centers nationwide. Preliminary data indicates that 1,260 out of a total of 2,498 ballots have been tallied.

Based on these initial findings, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) remains a leading contender in the election. Within the party structure, the contest for preferential votes among the candidates appears to be a closely contested race. The vote tallies for the top PDK list are as follows: Bedri Hamza, the candidate for Prime Minister, leads with 59,421 votes.

He is followed by Përparim Gruda, who received 37,255 votes, and Arian Tahiri, who garnered 32,438 votes in third place. Additionally, Uran Ismaili has secured 29 votes. The Commission confirmed that the counting process is continuing across all designated centers to ensure a comprehensive tabulation of all votes.

The preliminary results provide an early snapshot, but the final outcomes are dependent on the completion of the vote counting at all polling locations.
