Kosovo Police Conduct Operation Targeting Illegal Businesses in Mitrovica and Vushtri
Mitrovica and Vushtri, Kosovo – A large-scale police operation was conducted yesterday in the municipalities of Mitrovica and Vushtri, targeting suspected organized pyramid schemes and illegal business activities. The operation, led by Interior Minister Xhelal Sveçla, aimed to investigate reported illicit operations within the region. Twenty-six individuals were arrested during the course of the operation.
According to Minister Sveçla, approximately 150,000 euros in suspected illicit funds were seized. The operation focused on locations within both Mitrovica and Vushtri. “With the same determination, we are combating crime across Kosovo,” stated Minister Sveçla.
