The parliament approved the ad-hoc commission for the selection of the boards of RTK and KPM.

The Kosovo Assembly has created a temporary commission focused on the selection process for six positions within the Board of Radio Television of Kosovo. This initiative aims to represent the Albanian community, with one member also designated from the Serbian community, alongside a representative from Kosovo’s minority groups. Arbërie Nagavci, the leader of the LVV Parliamentary Group, will chair this commission.

The group will also include MPs from LVV, specifically Alban Bajrami, Arbëreshë Kryeziu, Fitim Haziri, and Nezir Kraki. Representatives from other political parties will be involved, including Ganimete Musliu and Ariana Musliu-Shoshi from PDK, deputy Armend Zemaj from LDK, and Time Kadrijaj from AAK. During the same session, the Assembly established two additional temporary commissions.

One is dedicated to the selection of a member for the Independent Media Commission. The second commission will appoint three members from the Albanian community and two individuals not belonging to that community. These commissions reflect the Assembly’s commitment to ensuring diverse representation within key institutions of Kosovo.
