Prishtina – The Liberal Demokrat Party (LDK) is internally considering a potential collaboration with Vjosa Osmani in advance of the June 7th elections, according to recent discussions. The move follows a party meeting where the possibility of renewed cooperation was openly addressed. LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku stated following a media conference on Tuesday that there is no internal opposition to the return of Osmani to the party.
He indicated that Osmani could potentially lead the party’s electoral list. This development comes after Osmani separated from the LDK in 2020, a period during which Avdullah Hoti, the current LDK leader, was a vocal critic of Osmani’s actions. Hoti himself addressed the situation on Facebook, posting “LDK Above All” accompanied by the party’s logo.
