Brown’s book. Laura Dern will portray Brown herself, a Miami Herald investigative journalist, central to the narrative. The series will meticulously detail Brown’s extensive investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s activities.

This includes the uncovering of a clandestine agreement with federal prosecutors. The storyline chronicles her years-long work, during which she identified around eighty victims. She also motivated survivors to share their experiences and played a key role in the arrests of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Sharon Hoffman is responsible for writing the script and serves as a producer for the project. The production aims to accurately represent Brown’s impactful contribution to exposing the truth surrounding the infamous case.
