Traffic Conditions on State Roads Remain Stable, LAMM Reports
According to the latest report from the Macedonian Automobile Association (LAMM), traffic on state roads is currently developing without significant issues, operating on dry road surfaces. Traffic intensity remains average outside of urban centers. At border crossings, particularly on the side leading to North Macedonia, there are no reported long delays for entry or exit procedures.
LAMM is advising motorists to maintain a regulated speed and adhere to all established traffic signals. The association emphasizes the importance of cautious driving, particularly when traversing roads with challenging terrain. There is a potential risk of soil slippage on roads passing through gullies, river gorges, and crevices.
Specifically, LAMM recommends heightened caution on the following sections: Katlanova-Veles, Mavrovo-Dibër-Struga, Vinice-Berovo, and Kocan-Delceve. These areas present increased hazards due to the road’s characteristics. LAMM continues to monitor traffic conditions and will provide updates as needed.
Drivers are urged to prioritize safety and exercise due diligence while traveling on state roads.
