Shkodër Police Arrest Individuals in Prostitution Investigation
Shkodër, Albania – Three Colombian citizens have been arrested following a police operation targeting suspected prostitution activity within two rented apartments in the city. Additionally, two other individuals were arrested in connection with the alleged offenses. A fourth person, identified as the individual who rented the apartments, is currently under judicial supervision as part of the ongoing investigation.
The arrests occurred after police received information regarding potential illegal activity. The operation focused on two properties in Shkodër, one located in the “3 Heroes” neighborhood. During the search, authorities seized substantial evidence, including a significant amount of currency and six mobile phones.
The investigation centers around allegations of prostitution taking place within the rented apartments. The Shkodër Prosecutor’s Office has taken control of the case and is conducting further inquiries. Police have not released further details regarding the individuals involved or the specific nature of the evidence collected.
