Skopje Water Quality Report Released by Public Enterprise
The Public Enterprise “Water Supply and Sewerage” – Skopje has released its latest periodic report detailing the quality and safety of drinking water within the city. The report, intended to inform Skopje residents, is based on analyses conducted by the Sanitary Control Sector. Between April 20th and April 24th, 2026, the sector collected a total of 378 samples – 189 for physico-chemical analyses and 189 for microbiological analyses – from 45 distinct measuring points across the City of Skopje.
The analyses were performed in accordance with the Regulation for Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Drinking Water (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia, No. 183/18). The report confirms that all water samples taken met the established standards for safety and quality.
