He stated that extensive examination of international best practices was undertaken, alongside a realistic assessment of Kosovo’s economic and social situation. Vitia voiced his satisfaction that, after a ten-year period of development, this law is finally taking shape. “It has been analyzed and studied,” vitia affirmed, “international best practices have been examined, but taking into account our economic and social reality.”
