15 drivers are suspended for 24 hours for driving without a license

In the last 24 hours, law enforcement agencies conducted widespread operations across the country, resulting in the detention of 15 drivers for operating vehicles in a careless manner. A significant finding during these operations was that every individual detained was found to be driving without a valid driver’s license. Furthermore, among the detainees were three minors, and two individuals were also connected to recent road accidents.

The enforcement actions spanned multiple regions. Specifically, five individuals were stopped in Tetovo (two of whom were minors), three in Skopje, two in Prilep (one minor), and one person each in Dellchevë, Shtip, Gjevgjeli, Zajas, and Demir Hisar. Authorities noted that one of the minors detained in Tetovo, along with another driver, had prior involvement in traffic accidents.

Following the thorough documentation of these cases, relevant criminal charges are scheduled to be filed against the violators. Officials issued a public appeal to all participants in traffic, urging strict adherence to established rules and regulations while driving. The continuous violation of traffic laws, particularly operating a vehicle without the required license, remains a primary concern for public safety authorities.

These recent detentions underscore the ongoing efforts to ensure that all individuals operating machinery on public roads possess the necessary credentials and exercise responsible driving habits.
