In Gjilan, a Memorandum on the Protection of Patients and Social and Health Care for the Elderly and the Disabled was formally signed today. The agreement was reached between representatives of the Bashkëpunimi and the executive director of the Social and Health Care Department in Kosovo, Agron Bytyqi. The Memorandum outlines a collaborative effort between the two parties.
Specifically, those involved have pledged to work together to safeguard the rights of patients and individuals who are elderly or disabled. Mimoza Kadriu Qerimi, representing the Bashkëpunimi, and Agron Bytyqi, the Social and Health Care Department’s director, were present at the signing. The document signifies a commitment to coordinated action regarding patient welfare and support services.
The purpose of the Memorandum is to ensure that the needs of vulnerable populations within the Gjilan region are addressed effectively and with due consideration for their rights. Moving forward, the Bashkëpunimi and the Social and Health Care Department will collaborate on initiatives focused on protecting and promoting the well-being of patients and the elderly and disabled community.
