Kosovo Police Seize Drugs at Village Party
The Kosovo Police conducted a raid at a youth gathering in the village of Pervec, Shtërpcë, on April 30, 2026, at 23:15. The operation followed reports of individuals using narcotics at the event. Upon arrival, police encountered approximately 100 people who dispersed following intervention.
A subsequent search of the area yielded the discovery of various illicit substances. A total of 4.2 grams of a substance suspected to be marijuana was recovered in an open field, alongside 22.7 grams of a suspected narcotic substance of the ecstasy type. Additionally, 0.7 grams of a narcotic substance suspected to be cocaine was found.
All seized substances were collected and secured. No arrests were made as of this report. The police are currently working in consultation with prosecutors to determine the full extent of the investigation and potential charges.
