Police officials from the Demir Hisar Department of Police detained four individuals from the village of Obednik following searches conducted at multiple residences. According to reports from the Ministry of Interior, the arrests occurred in two separate incidents involving the discovery of weapons and ammunition. At 10:10 AM, E.R.
(57) and E.R. (20) were taken into custody. During a search of the property, authorized by the Manastir Court of First Instance, authorities recovered three hunting rifles, a signal pistol, 170 rounds of various calibers, and several other items from their home.
Earlier, at 9:45 AM, police officers also arrested R.M. (61) and R.Sh. (35), both residents of Obednik.
This second search, also conducted under a court order, yielded five rifles, one pistol, and 38 rounds of assorted calibers from their home. The actions taken by the department underscore the ongoing enforcement efforts in the region. The confiscation of the various firearms and ammunition found in the properties of the detained individuals has been documented by the Ministry of Interior.
The operations confirm that the police acted based on judicial warrants when securing the premises and documenting the recovered materials.
