Further detours involve navigating through “Pataqan i Epërm,” followed by a return to “Pataqan i Poshtëm” before reaching “Fortesë.”
Authorities strongly advise all citizens and drivers to adhere strictly to all posted road signage, respect established barriers, and follow the explicit instructions provided by on-site personnel.
