The Municipality of Malisheva, in partnership with the Qatar Charity organization, has initiated a significant infrastructure improvement project focused on addressing sanitation issues in the region’s rural areas. This collaborative effort aims to open and rehabilitate narrow sewage pipes, thereby enhancing essential services for local residents. The initiative is open to all residents of the Municipality of Malisheva, with a specific dedication to supporting families experiencing severe economic hardship.
The overarching goal of this project is twofold: to improve consistent access to clean drinking water and to elevate the overall standard of living within the Municipality of Malisheva. Eligibility criteria establish clear priorities for resource allocation. Preference will be given to households receiving existing social assistance, those facing documented severe economic conditions, large families, households with dependent children, and residents managing chronic illnesses or disabilities.
To facilitate participation, the application process has been established at the Waiting Office within the Municipality of Malisheva. Interested residents must submit their applications between April 10 and April 17, 2026. The office will accept submissions on every working day during the hours of 09:00 to 15:00.
This structured approach by the municipality ensures that the resources provided by this vital project reach the most vulnerable segments of the Malisheva community.
