She emphasized that the exercise of freedom of expression should not be utilized as a means to commit unlawful acts. Deliu stated that anonymity should not shield individuals engaging in behavior intended to defame, threaten, blackmail, or damage the reputation of others. She maintained that while freedom of expression is a fundamental right, it does not grant immunity for illegal conduct.
