Koci: How many times have developments regarding war crimes in Kosovo followed the actions of Serbian authorities

Detentions of Kosovo citizens at Serbian border points remain an ongoing issue. Most recently, Mentor Mustafa, 44, from Jasenovik in Novobërdë, was detained while traveling by bus from Stuttgart to Kosovo. His detention occurred last night around 10:30 PM at the border crossing between Hungary and Serbia.

Lawyer Arianit Koci stated that the Serbian authorities cited a damaged identification document as the reason for Mustafa’s detention. Koci informed KosovoPress that such arrests by Serbia frequently coincide with investigations into war crimes within Kosovo. Furthermore, recent developments include excavations in Kalludër të Vogël in Zubin Potok last week, where remains are suspected to belong to 23 intellectuals from Mitrovica who were killed during the war.
