The Minister of Energy and Industry, Hristijan Mickoski, announced increases to the prices of diesel, petrol, and gasoline. Diesel prices rose by 4 denars, petrol by 2 denars, and gasoline by 1.5 denars. These adjustments are attributed to the Pashkëve holiday and a 7-denar increase in gasoline pricing, alongside 3-denar increases for diesel and petrol.
The government intends to re-engage with “Okta” to explore the possibility of continued discounts on diesel. Officials anticipate a further 3-denar adjustment to diesel prices by Monday. The government is monitoring ongoing discounts offered by “Okta” for diesel and will continue discussions to determine if these reductions can be sustained.
