Selling cocaine, accusations against two suspects in Mitrovica

The Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica, specifically the Department of Serious Crimes, has formally filed charges concerning allegations of illicit drug trafficking. The charges have been brought against two individuals, identified by the initials R.H. and Q.H., pertaining to the unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution, and sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and analogs.

According to the indictment filed by the prosecution, the two suspects are accused of systematically selling cocaine to multiple individuals. The alleged transactions occurred on Rifat Dedia Street, situated within the Kolloni neighborhood of Mitrovica, spanning the period between October 22, 2025, and January 9, 2026. The prosecution alleges that the amounts of cocaine sold ranged in weight from 0.22 grams to 0.50 grams.

During the execution of a search warrant related to the investigation, authorities seized evidence from the suspects. Specifically, four separate bags containing narcotics were recovered, amounting to a total weight of 1.7 grams, which were determined to be a mixture intended for sale. The legal action taken by the prosecution establishes that the charges are filed against the suspects based on these findings.

The filing represents a formal legal proceeding detailing the scope of the alleged criminal activity involving the trafficking of controlled substances.
